BMIC Extends Loan Partnership with HelpAge Sri Lanka!

We’re thrilled to announce that BMIC has renewed its partnership with HelpAge Sri Lanka, signing a new loan agreement in October 2024! With an extended funding of Rs. 8.2 million, this agreement will continue through September 2026, empowering over 300 senior citizen clients per year with continued support for sustainable growth opportunities by providing income generation loan facilities. The agreement was signed by BMIC’s Managing Director, Mr. Anura Attapattu and Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Charith Fernando. Representing HelpAge Sri Lanka were Executive Director Samantha Liyanawaduge and Head of Programmes M.S. Chaminda de Silva. Together, we are empowering our senior citizens for a stable future through income generation activities!
