Business Idea Generation and Business Plan Development Workshop for Youth

Berendina conducted a three-day residential workshop on Business Idea Generation and Business Plan Development for plantation youth from the Divisional Secretariat Divisions of Ambagamuwa and Nuwara Eliya. This program, funded jointly by Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) and Berendina, aims to re-employ youth as skilled/semi-skilled workers who are employed away from plantation areas as unskilled labor and lost job possibilities as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The workshop was attended by 43 youth.
