Community Mobilization Training Program for Youth Leaders and Volunteers

We are excited to announce the successful conclusion of our “Community Mobilization” training program on February 17, 2023, at Hotel Bridge View in Batticaloa. The program provided essential knowledge and skills to our youth leaders, volunteers, and staff to facilitate effective community mobilization. The training lasted a full day and was attended by 25 participants. Led by a seasoned resource person with significant experience in the field, the program offered practical training in critical aspects such as effective communication, community engagement, leadership, and project management.

As an organization, we believe in investing in our youth and empowering them to become future leaders who can effectuate positive social change. We appreciate the trainers and facilitators who contributed to the success of the program and commend our participants for their active involvement and dedication. We’re confident that our youth leaders will create a positive impact in their respective communities and contribute to the betterment of society.
