Warakapola Berendina Branch Cluster Leaders participate at Get-Together Ceremony
The Cluster Leaders attached to Warakapola Branch of Berendina Micro Investments Company Ltd (BMIC) participated at a Get-Together ceremony which was organized recently by the branch. This event was held on 06th Decmeber 2024 at Sisila Hotel, Ambepussa. The Chief Guest of the ceremony was Mr. Amal Ishantha Dissanayake, Head of Operations BMIC while Ms. Sashini Ranasinghe, Assistant Manager – Operations participated as the Guest of Honour along with Mr. Indika Weerasooriya, Area Manager – BMIC for Kegalle Region along with branch officials. 82 Cluster Leaders attached to the Warakapola Branch participated at this important event. This Cluster Leaders’ event provided a platform to both Berendina and cluster leaders to share ideas and opinions related to the organization, the present state of the micro finance industry and the new challenges as well as new strategies and way- forward. At the end of the event, all participants received special Berendina bags as souvenir from BMIC and later served with an enjoyable lunch.
