Berendina Micro Investments Company Limited (BMIC) officially signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with the Department for Registration of Persons (DRP) on 28 January 2026
at Suhurupaya, Battaramulla.

identity verification processes and enhance regulatory compliance, enabling the delivery of more
secure, efficient, and reliable services to clients.
