Cluster Leader programme – Hali Ela 

Berendina Micro Investments Hali Ela Branch successfully conducted a Cluster Leadership
Program on 8 July 2026 at Heaven’s Hotel, Hali Ela, with the participation of 106 cluster leaders.
The program was attended by Assistant Manager – Operations, Ms. Sashini Ranasinghe, together
with the Area Manager, Hali Ela Branch Manager, and branch staff.
The program provided a valuable platform to strengthen leadership skills, exchange knowledge,
and enhance collaboration with cluster leaders, contributing to effective community development
and stronger communities.
